A poor shot of an in flight male Migrant Hawker, it's blue-spotted abdomen with characteristic narrowing at the base, green and yellow thorax markings, and the typical patrol flight behaviour of an Aeshna hawker — the relatively slender abdomen with blue segmental spots and size are consistent with Migrant Hawker.
